Two actions by plaintiff Marathon Electric Manufacturing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the employer) instituted pursuant to section 108.09(7), Wis.Stats., to review the decisions and findings of the Wisconsin Industrial Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) wherein the defendants Leslie E. Dickinson and Barbara R. Jones were awarded unemployment compensation benefits. Separate orders had been entered as to the applications of Dickinson and Jones for such benefits, necessitating separate actions for review in the circuit court.
